Economical Destacker

For customers with smaller batch sizes we have introduced our economical destacker (NTE 220DSL). In comparison to our standard destacker (NTM 220DSM/L) this machine has sliding width adjustment and stack height is reduced allowing us to simplify the PCB separation machanism.

Telescopic Conveyor

This new telescopic conveyor (NTM 5210M/L) allows a selection between 'normally open' and 'normally closed' mode. In 'normally closed' the operator opens the conveyor by pressing a push-button.

PCB / Product identification

Due to the increasing demand on laser marking our CO2 laser marking system has been fully re-designed to meet our customers current and future requirements. The new LMC 2100HE is faster, more accurate and user-friendly than our previous model. The machine standard comes with a CCD camera to check the readability and content of the marked code. The latest machine also includes additional features such as double sided marking, orientation check, fiducial alignment and quality grading of the codes.

Line Control Software

The time spent on product changeovers is one of the first things that can be improved. Conveyor width changes, magazine pitch selection, PCB invert or by-pass etc. are often done manually. This can take up to 1 minute per module, and this can happen a number of times a per day. In order to reduce this costly operator and machine down time and avoiding any operator mistakes, Nutek introduced the “Line Control System”. All settings on board handling units (Loader, conveyor, gates, workstations, buffers, unloaders etc) change just by selecting a new product in the line control software at the host computer.
