PCB Inverter – Traffic Controllers
The Printed Circuit Board Inverter Traffic Controller is designed to flip PCBs upside down before transferring them to downstream processes. The product is securely held between two belt segments, ensuring stability during the inversion. A pneumatic stopper prevents the printed circuit board from falling, providing added safety and reliability during the flipping process.

PCB Coating Inverter – Traffic Controllers
The Printed Circuit Board Inverter Traffic Controller is designed to flip PCBs upside down before they are sent back upstream to the conformal coating robot, allowing for automatic coating of 2nd side of the PCB without the need for manual handling. The product is securely held between two standard chain segments, and a pneumatic stopper ensures the printed circuit board remains in place, preventing it from falling during the flipping process.

PCB Rotator Conveyor – Traffic Controllers
The Printed Circuit Board Rotator Conveyor Traffic Controller is designed to change the orientation of circuit board’s, swapping length and width or vice versa. The process begins when the Circuit Board is stopped by a pneumatic stopper, allowing the motor-driven rotor assembly to gently lift the product from the edge belt. While lifting and rotating the product, the movable conveyor rail automatically adjusts to its new position before the product is lowered and gently placed back onto the edge belt.
