SERVICE ENGINEER

With Nutek Europe successfully managing sales, installations, and services within Europe since 1992, Nutek UK was established in 1998 to cater specifically to the UK market. As we prepare for the retirement of our dedicated UK service engineer, who has served with us loyally for 25 years, we are excited to expand our team.

YOUR ROLE

• You will play a pivotal role in installing, commissioning, and providing on-site training for our advanced machines at customer sites across the UK & Europe. We value your personal time and ensure you will be at home during weekends.
• With a flexible approach, we will strike the perfect balance between international travel, UK installations, and remote customer support from your home office.
• Your responsibilities will also encompass periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, and, when required, independent modification of PLC programs on-site to meet specific customer needs.
• We expect you to deliver top-notch service support, both through telephone assistance and on-location visits, fostering strong, long-term relationships with our esteemed customers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed an undergraduate or vocational education in Industrial Automation and/or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Possessing some experience in programming PLCs (e.g. Siemens, B&R, Rockwell, or similar), you are well equipped to handle the technical aspects of the role.
• As a dedicated Service Engineer, you are eager to travel internationally and are comfortable working partially from your home office.
• Your attention to detail, customer focus, and solution-oriented mindset set you apart.
