We realize that when you are not working in the electronics industry you will not have any idea what our equipment is designed for. So here we explain this in a nutshell.
Basically, these machines enable and control the flow of “Printed Circuit Boards” (PCB) in an automatic assembly line. Usually such line consists of the following process steps;
Screen printing
Here, conductive paste is automatically applied to the pads on which components will be placed in a later stage.
Component placement
This is a robotic machine that places “surface mount components” such as resistors, ICs and diodes, at high speed onto the past layer that was applied in the previous step.
Reflow oven
Here, the conductive paste is heated to solder the component on the pad, attaching it and providing an electrical connection.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Where a camera checks the presence of components and quality of the soldering.
Our board handling equipment is used to connect all these processes in a production line, to avoid manual handling of the PCBs and achieving the highest possible throughput of the line.
