LCS (Line Control Software)

Monitor and all NTA machines in the assembly line.
Create product settings on pc and send to the NTAs.
Change-over NTA line to selected products.
Connection to other systems to add products and do a changeover.

LF (Leader - Follower)

The purpose of the Leader-Follower feature is to control all the active running products on all the connected follower machines with one leader machine. This is done by sending a unique Product Name and Width from the Nutek Leader to all online Nutek Followers that are configured in a production line.

HERMES (a communication protocol, successor of SMEMA)

State-of-the-art communication protocol for handling board transfers and associated data at surface-mount technology (SMT) production lines. Replaces the electrical SMEMA interface. Next to presents of PCB able to barcodes, workorder number and board properties like the width. Use of HERMES allows the NTA machines to work without product settings on each machine.

AGV/AIV

AGV, AMR and AIV are part of the new generation of robotic ‘assistants’ which help us to transport loads and materials within factories. Nutek’s Advanced Series has the required software capabilities to collaborate with your robotic employees.

VERTICAL COMMUNICATION

Vertical communication refers to the communication that takes place between Management System and Machines in the production line. Most common protocol used in this communication are OPC UA, TCP/IP, IPC-CFX and RS-485.
